Painting Rentals
I understand my drilling low VOC paints and varnishes might be a bit over doing it, but I think it is very important, and there are so many different aspects and reasons to use them. Well, yet again, I have another position that I am coming at this topic. Today I am addressing this issue to renters. Generally, when tentants in apartments change, it is a time where land lords and caretakers are touching up the place. Painting as needed, fixing bung looking patches, and even refinishing the floors in some cases. This is the perfect opportunity to insert low and no-VOC supplies. Ask or request that the owner of the unit or management company does the re-painting with these friendly products. I would bet they would do this, especially if you try to sell how it will improve/affect your personal air quality (allergies, pregnant, baby, etc).
